Les Guions family home – project
At Les Guions, a holiday is a shared experience. This family-run mountain home cultivates a spirit of participation: here, vacations take on the taste of sharing, with communal living, shared meals and time spent together.
At the hameau des Guions, hospitality is based on an open community where everyone finds their place. Holidaymakers help out with everyday household chores, a simple way of making a home together. Meals, prepared by a professional cook using local produce, become shared get-togethers where discussions flow as naturally as the days themselves.
In a high-altitude hamlet nestled in the Queyras Regional Nature Park, the two-hundred-year-old stone houses tell the story of a long-inhabited mountain. The houses have been restored in keeping with the typical architecture of Hautes-Alpes hamlets. They face the Écrins National Park, offering a remarkable panorama. Here, the houses are rustic (without heating, with shared outdoor sanitary facilities), a sober way of living.
Stays are by the week, from Sunday to Sunday. Families with children will find two playrooms and the possibility of having their younger ones looked after for one or more days by qualified activity leaders, around a free play and educational program. No television, no WIFI: it's all about socializing, sharing time and enjoying nature. Both individuals and groups of friends are welcome.
From 19/07 to 16/08/2026 daily.
