L’Auberge d’Eygliers
The Auberge d'Eygliers, located along the main Briançon-Gap route—making it the perfect spot for a break and some relaxation—is a true country bistro. The restaurant is open year-round.
The hearty, traditional cuisine often brings back childhood memories. Local ingredients take center stage on the seasonal menu and the lunch menus. In the evening—especially in the fall and spring—the vaulted dining room offers a cozier, more intimate atmosphere and service.
Lunch service begins at 12:00 p.m., and dinner service runs from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The menu is updated to reflect the seasons.
