At our gourmet table, you'll discover authentic cuisine prepared by a woman of the mountains (the Pascallet family in Névache for over 300 years), using high-quality, wild, natural, organic products sourced locally and with traceability certified by Ecocert.

The bread served is organic and often homemade.

Close your eyes and let yourself be transported by the aroma of Claire's morel mushroom fondue.

For groups (up to 45 people!): selected menus tailored to individual preferences (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, kosher, etc.), available any time, any day of the year, by reservation.

For your celebrations or events, we make your dreams a reality: a gourmet menu or barbecue by a mountain lake, an aperitif by a large bonfire, a musical meal with live musicians, a storytelling evening, and more.
