Distillerie Saint-Véran
The highest distillery in France!
This artisanal micro-distillery in the heart of the Queyras region offers spirits inspired by the Alps.
Vodka, gin, eaux de vie and liqueurs are slowly distilled from local raw materials.
Located in an old farmhouse in the hamlet of La Chalp de Saint-Véran, the Distillerie Saint-Véran will be opening its doors to visitors in February 2025.
All year round, Claire and Laurent Démarets distill local raw materials in their two copper stills to produce quality spirits inspired by the highest peaks in the Alps.
Vodka, gin, eaux de vie and liqueurs can be discovered on a guided tour or directly in the boutique.
Guided tours every day during the vacations at 11am, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm: €12 per person, duration 1h15.
In non-holiday periods, tours take place from Wednesday to Sunday at 2pm and 5pm.
From 01/09 to 03/10/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends between 11 am and 6 pm.
From 13/10 to 18/12/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends between 11 am and 6 pm.
