Le Plantivore draws its inspiration from the heart of the alpine flora, giving priority to the harvesting of flowers, berries and fruits in a natural environment. Jean-Pierre and his team regularly go out into the mountains to gather fruits, buds, plants… each harvest is then carefully transformed to express its virtues and its taste!
