Le Plantivore draws its inspiration from the heart of the alpine flora, giving priority to the harvesting of flowers, berries and fruits in a natural environment. Jean-Pierre and his team regularly go out into the mountains to gather fruits, buds, plants… each harvest is then carefully transformed to express its virtues and its taste!

From 31/08 to 31/10/2026 from Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 6.30 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 6.30 pm. Closed on Sunday.
