“Nothing is more beautiful than simple things”. The Southern Alps and the Hautes-Alpes naturally offer such a sumptuous and rich environment, that they have the strength to invite and amaze all year round.
In 2017, a new dynamic initiated by the Region and the Comité Régional du Tourisme Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur was put in place to promote the Southern Alps massif (Alpes de Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes and Alpes-Maritimes), through an authentic and differentiating positioning strategy, based on an iconic name and a strong imaginary, that of the Alps, but also on a powerful DNA, capitalized on through the brand signature: Purealpes.
