As a sports instructor whose primary qualification is the state-certified mountain guide (AeM) certification, I organize hiking and snowshoeing trips—in both summer and winter—whether day trips or multi-day treks. I can help you discover the area’s natural flora and fauna as well as its cultural heritage. I can also provide plenty of advice to help you properly prepare for your hike, your first trek, or your first night in the mountains. As a passionate gardener, I’m currently training in the foraging of wild plants. I can also introduce you to a more meditative approach to walking by focusing on your breathing and your senses.

As a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to sports, I’m also a certified multi-sport instructor (currently completing my BPJEPS “Physical Activity for All” certification with the CS Escalade) to help you explore introductory and discovery sessions in outdoor activities (rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking…), sports games (ball games, racket sports, etc.), or wellness activities.
