Tera naam

Espace Tera Naam, a resource centre in Embrun, was founded in 2022 and now offers a wide range of activities in its yoga room: Of course yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, chair yoga and perinatal yoga) but also energetic fan dance, sophrology, Pilates, Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Gong evenings, various courses and conferences, mantra evenings… It's also a place where therapists offer their services in individual sessions in the adjoining offices: psychotherapy, naturopathy, sophrology, energetic osteopathy, hypnotherapy, guidance and energetic treatments.
