Roman Jean-Baptiste – Chalet Baille

This pretty 110m² alpine chalet is located in the heart of the Haute Clarée. You'll find yourself at the foot of many hiking trails in both summer and winter.

In summer, you can take advantage of the garden to spend some convivial time grilling and relaxing in the sun. In winter, you can get away from it all on cross-country skis or snowshoes, then warm up by the fire.

The chalet comprises :

– A bedroom with a 160*2000 bed and two 90*2000 beds.

– A mezzanine with a 160*2000 bed and three 90*2000 beds.

– A fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob and wood-burning oven.

– A shower room.

– A living room opening onto the kitchen.

– A garden

– A large entrance hall

Household linen (towels, sheets…).

Heating ( 2 wood stoves ).

Barbecue.

4 sledges.

As the chalet is located on an autonomous site and runs on a solar panel, hair-dryers and appliances that use a lot of electricity are forbidden. These would cause the electrical panel to trip.
