With 170 rooms and apartments that can accommodate 2 to 8 people, it is the ideal place to share a convivial holiday with family or friends. From your apartment, your comfortable room or the large terrace of the residence, enjoy the generous sunshine of Serre Chevalier.

In the morning, start the day with breakfast on site before enjoying the resort's many outdoor activities. Hiking on 300 km of marked trails, via ferrata, enduro mountain biking on 750 km of routes, giant zip line, or even cycling up the region's legendary mountain passes…

Sports enthusiasts and families alike will find something to suit them in Serre Chevalier.

Back at Serra Neva, treat yourself to a wellness break at the swimming pool or in the Aquarelaxant area with its hammam and sauna. At the end of the day, enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the residence's bar and the family entertainment on offer.

And for a unique experience, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation at the Grands Bains du Monêtier, located about ten minutes by shuttle bus from the residence.

Welcome to Serra Neva in La Salle-les-Alpes, the brand new MMV Residence Club which opened its doors in December 2025, in the heart of the Serre Chevalier ski area.

Designed for stays with family or friends, the residence offers 170 comfortable rooms and apartments, accommodating 2 to 8 people, in a warm and friendly setting.

Upon arrival, discover a spacious lobby and lively bar, perfect places to relax after a day in the mountains.

You can also enjoy the large sunny terrace with beautiful alpine views and a convivial atmosphere around the lounge and fireplace.

When it comes to skiing, everything has been designed to make your stay as easy as possible: an electric shuttle takes you to the slopes in just a few minutes, giving you access to the 250 km of the Serre Chevalier ski area, the largest in the Southern Alps. The kids' clubs, open to children aged 4 to 17, offer activities tailored to each age group, with ski lessons for the youngest.

To recharge your batteries, the wellness area invites you to relax with a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa with three treatment rooms. After skiing, treat yourself to a well-deserved break with our Retour Gourmand or indulge in a break at the bar in a warm atmosphere.
