Walk through the history of the first major torrent development and reforestation projects with Hervé Gasdon, former ONF-RTM agent in charge of the Embrunais region.
From age 10.
To "correct and extinguish the torrents" was the mission entrusted to the engineers of the ONF – RTM (Restauration des Terrains en Montagne) at the end of the 19th century.
Practical information: 1h discovery walk, 2h in total (D+ 100m). Walking shoes, water, hat.
Registration required online or at the Serre-Ponçon and Guillestrois-Queyras tourist offices.
