Come and meet us at the top of the Vars Sainte Marie cable car as soon as it opens for a morning cani rando accompanied by our guide and dogs, then after a picnic by the lake and a siesta under the larches, you can enjoy a visit by entering the kennels to stroke and pet the dogs.

Mushandco has been based in Vars for 30 years, at the top of the Vars Sainte-Marie chairlift. We’re open year-round.

In winter, come experience the thrill of riding in a sled or driving your own, as you explore the snow-covered forest trails of the Forêt Blanche, far from the skiers.

In summer, we welcome you for dog-sled hikes in the morning, visits to the kennel in the afternoon, and evenings around the campfire. You can enjoy the cool shade of the larch trees and the refreshing breeze from Lake Peyrols, and savor a peaceful moment while fishing. We also sell fishing licenses and bait, lend out fishing rods, and offer drinks and ice cream.
