Les Toits du Dévoluy – La grotte de l’ours

La Grotte des Ours is a 32 m² one-bedroom apartment that was completely renovated in December 2025, located in Les Toits du Dévoluy, right in the heart of SuperDévoluy. Ski-in/ski-out in the winter, trailhead in the summer: the slopes, shops, restaurants, and equipment rental shops are all within walking distance. Once you park your car, you won’t need it again.

The apartment is on the first floor (accessible by elevator) and opens onto a south-facing terrace of over 6 m², with an unobstructed view of the Pic de Bure—the perfect spot for morning coffee or an après-ski drink.

For sleeping arrangements, there’s a true separate bedroom with a 160×200 double bed and USB-A/USB-C ports on either side. The living room features a 140×190 sofa bed and an 85×190 pull-out bench, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and 1 child. It also includes a Smart TV, a 6-drawer dresser, board games, and children’s books.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine and traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and raclette machine. The bathroom features a bathtub, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. For families, a high chair and a travel crib are provided.

An important detail for winter: a private ski locker is located on the same landing, and luggage can be unloaded right at the foot of Entrance C. Free parking is available immediately adjacent to the building.

Please note: Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided, but can be rented on site from the concierge desk. Mattress protectors, pillows, and comforters are provided.
