This spacious house is ideal for family vacations, sleeping up to 8, in the small village of Claret, 1/4 h from Laragne.

The living room and kitchen open onto a balcony with a magnificent view over the Durance valley!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and washing machine. The dining room features a large dining table, while the lounge area is dedicated to relaxation, with armchair and 2-seater convertible sofa, TV, DVD player and bookcase.

Three bedrooms give you independence: 2 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds; all are spacious and can accommodate a cot.

Bathroom with claw-foot bathtub. Separate WC.

The enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and ping-pong table offers an unobstructed view and a peaceful setting.

Parking next to the house. Numerous leisure activities nearby: hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling, mountain biking and via ferrata. A variety of visits await you: Gorges de la Méouge in the Parc naturel régional des Baronnies provençales, Provencal market in Laragne, Citadelle de Sisteron, museums …(1/2h from Gap or Sisteron).
