In summer, the balcony and large terrace are ideal for lounging and dining outside, while enjoying 180° views of the mountains. In winter, a large living area around the fireplace. A large, bright, independent flat with no neighbours.
Flat on the 1st floor of the owners' villa, comprising 3 bedrooms:
– a bedroom with a 140cm bed
– a bedroom with 2 twin 80cm beds or a 160cm bed
– a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + a pull-out bed
– a large bathroom with a bath and double basins
– a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
– a light and spacious lounge/dining room arranged around a beautiful fireplace and with views of the mountains.
The Plan d'Eau d'Embrun, its "Aqua Viva" aquatic centre and its many activities are 300 m away.
The Les Orres and Crévoux ski resorts are 20 minutes away by car.
The Réallon ski resort is 30 minutes away by car.
You can also take the shuttle bus, close to the flat, to go up to the Les Orres and Crévoux resorts.
10% discount for stays of 2 consecutive weeks or more (excluding monthly rentals).
Except during the summer period, you are free to choose the day of arrival.
