Its 300m² of living space on two levels can sleep up to 15 people, as well as a large, beautiful vaulted communal living room that's a cosy and convivial place to share good times together. The gîte overlooks a quiet 2000m² enclosed garden planted with trees. Possibility of 6 to 12 additional beds on request.

Description of the gîte:

– Ground floor: entrance cloakroom, TV room, wc/laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, large, bright, vaulted living room of 100m² with fully-equipped kitchen and central island opening onto the dining room and lounge.

– Upstairs, 4 bedrooms including 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds, a shower room with shower, a bathroom with bath, 2 separate wc's, and a lounge opening onto the back garden.

– On the 1st floor accessed by the outside staircase, 4 bedrooms including 2 with double beds and 2 with two single beds, 2 shower rooms with shower, 2 separate wc's and 2 lounges opening onto the balcony.

– Large garden of 2000m² surrounding the building, 6 parking spaces, children's play area.

Household linen:

Provided as an option (150 euros for the whole gite).

Cleaning:

Optional (there is everything you need to do it, otherwise 200 euros for the weekend, 280€ for a week).

Possibility of renting part of the gîte at certain periods.

Private ceremonies and receptions on request.
