L’Echaillon Hotel Spa & Activities

The atmosphere of a cottage, the comfort of a 2-star hotel, a true "hiker’s house", with activity or simply for relaxation!

The rooms:

With these 19 rooms of 2, 3, or 4 seats and annexes, L'Échaillon has a total capacity of 66 seats.

The rooms, which you will appreciate for their comfort and mountain spirit, each have sanitary facilities (washbasin, shower and WC), WIFI access, a TV, and openings on the outside.

The rooms, with names of mountain animals or evocative flowers, are airy and bright. Some have a balcony. You will appreciate the storage spaces for your personal effects.

We have of course a room accessible for people with reduced mobility, on the ground floor, with a small private terrace on the rising sun side.

Gastronomy: alpine and gourmet!

Dinners are an opportunity to taste local products. You will have the choice between 2 starters, 2 dishes and 2 desserts, served on a plate.

The picnics are plentiful and accompanied by groceries (dried fruits, chocolate, biscuits).

As you know, the dining room is one of the "key" spaces in any accommodation, and what we consume there counts a lot! It is therefore the subject of a lot of care at our place!

Our meals are neat, balanced and adapted to athletes. They are homemade and mostly cooked using fresh and local products.

L'Echaillon also offers all-inclusive stays with seasonal activities, alone, with friends or family... there is something for everyone!

For more than 40 years, the agency l'Échaillon offers you all winter and summer activities - or almost, in the valley of the Clarée!

In winter, you can discover many activities: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, nordic hiking, sled dogs, ski touring! A multi-activity stay will satisfy the undecided and the jack-of-all-trades, and our "cocktail" will appeal to families.

Summer, our valley and the neighboring valleys being a small paradise for hiking, it is of course our core business! We decline walking in all its forms: on a stay with an escort or "at liberty", in star from the hotel or roaming from shelters to shelters. Our hotel is also a comfortable base camp for cyclists, mountain bikers and trail runners for whom we offer routes of choice. And just like in winter, we have stays for families so that young and old can have a good time together!
