Eric and his children welcome you to their charming home, set in unspoilt countryside, on the first floor of their traditional stone house, tastefully renovated using ecological materials (lime and hemp).

Situated in the mountains, on the edge of a forest, you'll be close to the Céüze ski resort and at the start of the mountain range's fabulous hiking and mountain-biking trails.

The totally independent apartment features a kitchenette (2 gas rings, combi oven and fridge) with warm wooden furnishings and a BZ sofa bed in the main room.

The alcove bedroom features a 2-person 120 cm bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.

A wood-burning stove heats the well-insulated accommodation.

Baby equipment available (cot, bath and high chair).

The 20 m² terrace offers table, chairs, barbecue and, above all, a panoramic view from the Dévoluy to the Queyras and the Écrins massif, overlooking the church, Manteyer castle, Pic de Bure and the whole Petit Buëch valley.

Mountain guide Eric will be happy to advise you on suitable itineraries for your stay. Chamois and marmot sightings amid exceptional flora.

Nearby, Lac de Pelleautier offers fishing, swimming, canoeing, pedal boats… and the Céüze cliffs offer countless climbing routes for all levels of climber.

Just a quarter of an hour from Gap and the surrounding area, you'll find shopping, a wide range of air sports at Tallard aerodrome (hot-air ballooning, parachuting, gliding, motorized flight, etc.), Gap Bayard with its 18-hole golf course and all the mountain and nature activities you could wish for, in summer and winter alike.
