Le Cosy du Plongeoir – T2

La maison du Plongeoir comprises 4 spacious, tastefully decorated flats with lake views and private outdoor areas. Le Panoramique, for 6 guests, with its large terrace overlooking the lake and its 3 bedrooms. Le Cosy, available from March 2024, will accommodate 2 guests, with its uninterrupted view from the bedroom and its small north-facing terrace. And finally, the Duplex and Annexe, two comfortable 3-bedroom apartments on the upper floor, each of which will welcome 4 guests by summer 2024. With the same lake view from the living rooms and the terrace and relaxation areas on the north side.

Layout of the "Le Cosy" ground-floor flat:

– 1 bedroom with 1 comfortable 160 cm bed, offering a sublime view of the lake and the Morgon, as well as a small sitting area

– 1 bathroom with WC and shower

– 1 fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, dishwasher, raclette machine, etc.)

– 1 terrace with a view of the lake and the Morgon.)

– a north-facing terrace (with no view of the lake) with a dining area and reclining armchairs

The little extras to enhance your stay:

– 1 office area with unlimited wifi for those who prefer to work from home

– 1 42-inch smart TV so you can watch your favourite programmes just like at home!

– 1 dedicated parking space and an enclosed garage to share with other tenants for storing skis, sledges, mountain bikes, water sports equipment, etc.

Please note:

– cleaning is included but bins must be emptied on departure and sheets removed

– late parties are not permitted for the respect of nearby occupants

– pets are not permitted

– baby kit on request subject to availability, extra charge, to be paid on site: €30
