COVID-19

To avoid resuspending the virus in the air when cleaning the housing, I do the following:

– No spraying of cleaning product (wax, window spray, etc.) directly on surfaces,

– No use of the vacuum cleaner (they will be removed for the tenants))

– If using sponges, rags and mops: washes at + 60 °

– I will clean the surfaces with disposable wipes, which will be placed in closed plastic bags.

1-Wearing a mask and disposable gloves, placed in closed plastic bags, after each cleaning session.

2- hand washing several times a day

3- systematic washing of all bedding between each tenant (mattress covers, pillowcases)

4- systematic washing between each tenant of bath mats, floor mats and doormats

5- ventilation of all rooms for the duration of cleaning

6- systematic disinfection of brooms and mops with bleach (30 minutes) between each tenant

7- floor cleaning with virucidal products, or household bleach diluted according to the recommendations, cleaning products (validated by standard 14476) with at least 70% alcohol and most of the disinfectants registered by the protection agency of the environment are considered effective against germs.

8- disinfection with products adapted to the different contact points; switches, door handles, remote controls and tap handles, keys …

9- Dishwasher. machine washable dishes will be rewashed at 60 °, in terms of Coffee maker, toaster Pressure cooker, Kitchen utensils, they will be systematically disinfected with a suitable product

10- all unnecessary fabrics, cushions, and decorations will be removed

11- Clean and disinfect sanitary ware (toilet bowl, sink, shower, bathtub), the taps and the handles with bleach

The house in which the apartment is, is located in the center of the village.
