La Salamandre

This large nevachaise house, renovated with noble materials and in a mountain chalet spirit (made-to-measure larch furniture, exposed beams, larch floors), will offer you a cocooning and relaxing atmosphere, as well as many spacious living areas.

La Salamandre is a haven of peace, set back from the road and other homes, and opening onto a lush, wooded garden.

On the first floor: an entrance equipped with larchwood benches and furniture for storing shoes, coats and skis; a spacious room for storing ski equipment, sledges, etc.; a toilet; a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers.

A beautiful staircase leads up to the living areas on the 1st level: a large, warm living room opening onto the garden, equipped with a masonry stove, a spacious, comfortable sofa and a large, custom-made bookcase; a small living room that can be used as an office area or extra bedroom for 2 people; a large dining room that can accommodate up to 15 guests and a spacious, fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen; a bathroom equipped with a toilet, washbasin and large walk-in shower.

The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have been furnished in soft tones, ensuring a cosy ambience with views over the surrounding greenery. A second bathroom faces the bedrooms, with WC, washbasin and large walk-in shower. A small living room completes this 2nd level, with wood-burning stove, cosy armchairs and access to the balcony.

On the top level, a large living room features high ceilings and magnificent beams. A sleeping area can be accessed from the mezzanine (meunier ladder), as well as two double bedrooms accessible from the living room, and opening onto another balcony.
