In Névache, the chalet is located in the hamlet of "Sallé" and houses two apartments. The 110m² Mélèzine apartment sleeps 9 on two levels. With its south-facing aspect, it's ideal for large families or groups of friends.the framework, visible in some rooms, is made from local larch wood cut from the Bois Noir forest.the windows are closed with a wooden flail, and fitted with interior shutters as in the past.

In summer, by the south-facing French window, sheltered from the wind, a table with bench and deckchair are at your disposal in your garden corner.

In winter, strap on your snowshoes in front of the house and head for the cross-country and alpine ski trails without using your car, or build an igloo in the garden.

In winter, you can park your car in front of the house while you unload your belongings, then drive to the private parking lot to park your car.

In summer, you'll enjoy the same private parking area below the garden.
