On the ground floor, the house also has a small laundry room with washing machine and a large, unheated relaxation room with sofa and table overlooking a private outdoor space with garden

Other facilities: Broadband Wi-Fi, workspace (in upstairs bedroom), TV, children's books and toys. An enclosed shed for storing skis, among other things. A cot and high chair are also available.

The property is close to the town of Embrun and its lake, and the ski resort of Les Orres. Bakery, restaurant and post office in the village.

Pets are not allowed.

The gîte is entirely non-smoking.

This property encourages its guests to sort their rubbish. Further information is provided on site. Finally, it should be noted that sustainable materials were used in the overall renovation, which was completed in early 2024 and included insulation materials. Cleaning and laundry are done using organic products.
