Gîte Les Eyssaups – The barn

Away from the village, with a clear view of the Buëch valley is served by an independent pathway, this building, listed Accueil Paysan, offers a sunny and calm natural space. This gite is near the artificial lake of Riou, free and 5 minutes away (swimming, nautical activities).

All on the same level, you can access the large living room with exposed timber frames and a mezzanine to let you gather around the fireplace, the break room (TV, library, games for children, 2 beds) or in the dining noor. A large kitchen is available (2 stoves, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers), separated from the dish washing area by a practical hatch.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Toilets are in a separate room.

Upstairs, a night area is made out of two bedrooms and a mezzanine. One bedroom with 2 simple beds and a sink, one bedroom with 2 simple beds and 2 bunk beds for children, one mezzanine with a simple bed. A shower and a restroom.

An extra bedroom, completely cut off from the rest, with a terrace, a large bed, a small desk and a wardrobe. (this bedroom can be rented with the rest of the gite or not… you choose!).

Outside a terrace with a garden lounge with access to the living room and the extra bedroom. Holiday cheques accepted.
