Come and make your own skincare oil from a plant of your choice (lavender, plantain, rosemary, bay laurel, etc.).
We will discuss the method, the choice of vegetable oil and the choice of plant according to the desired use.
The plants, which I have picked and dried myself on the farm, will be provided, along with the jar in which you will make your preparation.
You will leave with your macerate and a summary file.
Workshop led by Marielle, a herbalist certified by the Lyon School of Medicinal Plants and Natural Knowledge.
