70m² apartment for 6 people with balcony including:

a kitchen (fridge + freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine etc …) a living room with television, sofa.

A room 2 people with 1 bed of 140 and a room 4 people with 1 bed of 140 and 2 bunk beds of 90.

A bathroom with bath, sink, hair dryer and separate toilet.

Local ski / bike, pets allowed, rental of sheets on request.

Electric heating.

Accessible by car, parking nearby.

Shared entrance with the furnished "Babiole 2" part of the house.

You have access to all the rental part of the house that is the apartment Babiole1

## The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in La Grave la Meije, close to various shops (grocery store, sports shops, tobacconist, cafes, restaurants) and the cable car of Glaciers de la Meije

During Summer season the cable car goes up to 2400 or 320m for beautiful glacier hikes (accompanied by a Mountain Guide) or to Lake Puy Vachier and Refuge Evariste Chacel which are family hikes. The wonderful Plateau d'Emparis facing the Glaciers de la Meije is also a fantastic playground for family outings.
