Allier Maud – Le Balcon des Charmottes

Located on the 1st floor of the former Hotel des Charmottes, Le Balcon has been completely renovated into a spacious, comfortable and modern apartment.

It features a separate bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a bathroom with a large shower, towel dryer and washing machine. You'll also appreciate its south-facing living area with a fully equipped kitchen – fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster – and its lounge with sofa bed (convertible into a 140cm bed), DVD player and Chromecast to stream your content on the flat-screen TV.

And what would Névache be without its famous sunshine, which you can enjoy from the balcony.

Access

Le Balcon is located in the hamlet of Roubion, the first hamlet in the village of Névache. Very sunny, at the foot of the slopes, ski school and Névasport rental store.

Le Balcon has parking facilities for guests arriving by car. You can also reach Névache by train – nearest stations: Oulx (Italy) and Briançon – or by plane – nearest airport: Turin.
