The Schools’ Bakery
The village communal oven will be lit once again, just for this one day. Come and sample the flavours of wood-fired cooking, with bread and pizzas on sale. There will also be activities for children.
For one day only, the communal oven in the village of Saint-Étienne-le-Laus will be lit once more. Come and sample the flavours of wood-fired baking. On the programme: bread on sale from 9.00 am, pizza sales from 11.30 am at lunchtime and 6.30 pm in the evening, subject to booking. Bookings open from Thursday 15 October. ‘Make your own bread’ activities for children are being organised, with sessions at 2 pm and 3 pm (limited places).
Saturday 17 October 2026 from 9 am, from 11.30 am and from 6.30 pm.
