Nature Walk – A Love of (Natural!) Risk at the Col de Moissière

To mark National Resilience Day, two guides will take you on a tour to discover the natural hazards along the Avance and the Durance. Understand them and observe them to learn how best to protect yourself from them! You’ll learn to interpret the mountains, trace their history and discover how people have adapted to a sometimes unpredictable environment.
Walking time: 2 hours 30 mins / Elevation gain: 200+ / 6 km / Total duration: 3 hours 30 mins
Packed lunch break (lunch is not provided).

Equipment to bring:
– Hiking boots or trainers
– Rucksack
– Picnic + cereal bar, snacks
– Water (1L to 1.5L per person)
– Sunglasses
– Sun cream
– Hat or cap
– A pair of walking poles is recommended
– Personal medication (diabetes, asthma, allergies, etc.)
Conditions:
– Children aged 10 and over.
