Guided tour: Embrun, hearts and souls
Covered passageways, narrow winding streets, sculpted doorways… the Middle Ages are in the air. This ancient city perched proudly on its rock was also a religious capital until the French Revolution.
At the crossroads of Provencal, Dauphiné and Italian cultures, its rich past and colourful facades have made it a popular holiday destination since the 19th century.
