Between Ubaye and Durance, at an altitude of 1000 metres, in a typical Alpine village overlooking Lake Serre-Ponçon, this contemporary flat sleeps up to 4 people.

Thanks to its geographical position, you can take advantage of the water sports centres at Port Saint Pierre and Savines-le-Lac, as well as the nearby winter sports resorts of Réallon, Saint Jean Montclar and Les Orres.

There is also a wide choice of mountain and outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting, mountain biking, kayaking, etc.

The gîte Les Clots du Sauze sleeps 4 all year round.

With a surface area of 70m², it comprises:

– a master suite equipped with a 140×190 double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with bath

– a double bedroom equipped with 2 90×190 beds that can be joined together and a large cupboard with wardrobe

– a shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin

– a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, induction hob, crockery and kitchen utensils

– a dining/living room with dining area, sofa and television

– a garden area with furniture

The bedrooms and living room have access to the balcony with views of the Serre-Ponçon dam.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge, as are a highchair and cot on request.
