At La Neyrette, the cooking is traditional, the products are from the region and in short circuit. The trout caught in our fishpond and the meat from the Haut-Alpes are cooked in a wood-fired oven. Our cooking is family. Home made. Meal & Spa formula.
We mainly cook using local produce sourced from short supply chains.

À la carte and set menus available in the evening only.
Closed on Mondays. Open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, and for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday during the summer and from Tuesday to Saturday during the winter.

The title of Maître Restaurateur, awarded to La Neyrette restaurant, is the only title officially recognized by the French government that guarantees homemade cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and respect for regional products.
