Thanks to its south and west orientation, the chalet enjoys excellent sunshine and a beautiful view.

Its exceptional location on the edge of the forest allows you to enjoy the calm of the surrounding nature while being a 5-minute walk from the resort center, the ESF ski school, and the start of the slopes (you can ski back to the chalet).

60m² chalet, fully equipped and recently renovated, ideal for 5/6 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living area:

– a ski room entrance, convenient for getting kitted out

– a living room with 2 new sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), WiFi, smart TV, DVD player, books, and board games

– dining room (seats 8)

– new, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set, plancha grill, etc.)

– Large south- and west-facing corner terrace, not overlooked, on the edge of the forest, with a splendid view of the Dévoluy mountains. Deckchairs, outdoor dining area, swing, sleds, etc. Ideal for recharging your batteries, enjoying the sun and the peace and quiet of nature. Children will have a great time in the snow!

Upstairs:

– A double bedroom with new 160cm bedding (travel cot available if required) and television.

– A modular dormitory bedroom: 3 single beds (convertible into a 160cm double bed plus a single bed), plus a pull-out bed, sleeping 4.

– Large, newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, towel dryer, double sink, and washer/dryer

– Separate toilet.

Located in a charming residence of small chalets (Les Hauts de la Lauzière), you can enjoy free use of the heated indoor swimming pool, as well as parking spaces and a private ski locker.
