Olivier and Alexis' family roots are right here in La Monta. There's no one better placed than them to share with you the love they have for both the place and their cuisine. They love to share.

By reservation only, come and taste their lovingly-cooked dishes, their blueberry tarts or simply their picnic baskets, all washed down with the breathtaking scenery of La Monta.

Summer and winter alike, the refuge is on the GR58 and cross-country ski trails. Come, eat and go!
