Semi-detached village house. Weekly rental. Ideally situated between the Ubaye and Durance valleys, close to the Serre-Ponçon dam.
La Maison Jaune was completely renovated in 2003, then refreshed in 2014
It faces south, with a 25 m2 terrace. There is a private courtyard.
This 120 m2 house comprises a kitchen, a laundry room, a shower room, a toilet and a lounge/dining room on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower and bath) and a toilet. Sleeps 7 + an extra bed. Bed linen is included in the rental price. Towels can be hired. Minimum rental period 7 days.
In the village you'll find all the shops you need (bakery, butcher/caterer, pharmacy, tobacconist/press…)
There's plenty to do: water sports, swimming, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, horse riding… there's something for everyone!
