Seasonal rental in an 80m² villa in the heart of the village of Espinasses. The starting point for a number of tourist and sporting attractions! The interior is a delight to live in, while the outside invites you to relax.

The villa is fully fenced for the safety of your young children. The property is located in the village centre with all its amenities.
Inside you will find:
– A living room with 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV;
– A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave;
– A bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds;
A bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC.
Outside:
– A covered terrace with barbecue to make the most of your evenings;
– For baby: we offer a cot, high chair, bath, pushchair, bottle warmer and small crockery.
– A garden shed will be at your disposal for skis, bikes and other equipment;
– In July and August, I offer a pick-up by minibus for a rafting trip!
End-of-stay cleaning: 30 euros.
All year round daily.
