South-facing 50m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a Nevachian house.

The apartment is mainly heated by a pellet stove.

The entrance to the apartment opens onto the kitchen, which opens onto the living room.

The kitchen is wooden and well-equipped: fridge with *** freezer compartment, 3-burner electric stove and oven, microwave oven, electric coffee-maker, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine, immersion blender… All crockery and cutlery is for 6 people.

Under the sink, a few cleaning products, bucket, basin…

The open-plan kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar and two bar stools.

The living/dining room includes a BZ sofa and 2 small armchairs, two 4-person tables and 6 chairs. Television and TV stand. A few books.

The living room opens onto the couple's bedroom, which includes a 160 cm double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, two chairs, and a closet.

The master bedroom opens onto a large 20 m2 (windowless) bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a storage closet and hanging rack, and a shelf.

Each bed is covered with a draw sheet, and has a pillow and comforter.

A chest contains extra blankets.

A bedside table is placed next to each bunk bed.

A floor lamp and a footstool.

A small shower room with shower, washbasin with illuminated mirror and shelving. On the wall, a panther with 4 hooks.

A toilet and some household items: broom, dustpan and dustpan.

The vacuum cleaner is in the master bedroom.
