The gîte, adjoining 2 others, is located in a small hamlet at the foot of the Col de l'Izoard. In summer, ideal for hiking and other mountain activities (climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning and white-water activities). In winter, groomed toboggan run opposite (50m away). From the chalet, access to 42 km of cross-country trails. Departure point for ski touring and snowshoeing. Close to the Serre Chevalier alpine ski area. The owner, a mountain guide, can advise or accompany you. Gîte: private access, airlock, large living room, lounge with fireplace, TV, open kitchen, dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 double bunk beds, 3 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 double bed).
