Opened on Saturday February 21st, the SalonInternational de l’Agriculture<\/strong> runs until Sunday March1st<\/sup> at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. TheHautes-Alpes<\/strong> stand was officially inaugurated on Tuesday February 24, in the presence of Renaud Muselier, President of the South Region, and Jean-Marie Bernard, President of the Hautes-Alpes Department. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The event was a tribute to the commitment of the producers, breeders and craftsmen from the Haute-Alpes region<\/strong>, who were involved throughout the show. From now until March1<\/sup>, they will be showing visitors the wealth of mountain agricultural sectors, reflecting a region committed to quality, the transmission of know-how and the vitality of its agriculture. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Among them, the unmissable Tourtons du Champsaur<\/strong>, born in the Champsaur Valley, seduce visitors every year, in both savory and sweet versions. And while the Salon celebrates them in Paris, nothing beats the pleasure of preparing them at home… <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
