Classifying your meubl\u00e9 de tourisme offers a number of advantages.   1. Declaration of the furnished accommodation at the town hall of the commune where it is located<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. For professional and non-professional furnished-rental businesses, registration is required to obtain a SIRET number within 15 days of starting business. Declare me<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Preparing for the inspection visit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Order the visitTo do this, download the file and return it, accompanied by:– the declaration document to the town hall at emilie.michelet@hautes-alpes.net<\/a>– a deposit of \u20ac50 on the bank details included in the order form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Setting up the rental propertyThe furnished property must be unoccupied on the day of the visit, with beds and pillows fitted with undersheets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n
