This week, the Southern Alps took part in the Rencontres CSE 2026<\/strong>, held in the spectacular setting of Puy du Fou. The event, which has become a major meeting place for social tourism and employee benefits, brings together some 500 elected representatives representing some 250 social and economic committees<\/strong> from all over France. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Here, exchanges are built around pre-programmed meetings, designed to encourage direct, concrete and effective discussions between CSE decision-makers and the 49 exhibitors present. The Tour de France and the Hautes-Alpes continue their shared history. Meeting today in Orci\u00e8res Merlette, Christian PRUDHOMME<\/strong>, director of the Tour de France, Jean-Marie BERNARD<\/strong>, president of the Hautes-Alpes d\u00e9partement, Patrick RICOU<\/strong>, president of the Agence de D\u00e9veloppement, Fabrice BOREL<\/strong>, president of the Communaut\u00e9 de Communes du Champsaur Valgaudemar, S\u00e9bastien ROUIT<\/strong>, mayor of Orci\u00e8res Merlette and Roger DIDIER<\/strong>, mayor of Gap, officially signed the partnership agreements for the 2026 edition. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A few weeks ahead of the Tour 2026’s passage through the d\u00e9partement, from July 23 to 25, Christian PRUDHOMME<\/strong> hailed this rare loyalty between a territory and the event: “We’re coming because the Hautes-Alpes d\u00e9partement deserves it. We’re coming because the history of the Tour de France, the myth of the Tour de France, the legend of the Tour de France have all been built here.
